The details of fan parts:

1. Sanhe fan blade is special designed for top grade efficiency which made of Krupp stainless steel by punch forming. Large air volume, no deformation, no broken, no dust, attractive and durable. Thickness 1.2mm, surface finish BA grade.

2. Centrifugal system open the shutters at complete 90 degree, ensure the lowest air resistance and biggest air volume. When closed, the sealing can efficiently block light and wind into the poultry farm house. As the first one adopt high quality nylon PA66 to ensure the long service life. The fasteners of centrifugal system are copper rivets, wear-resisting and no rust, flexible. Guide rod is made of 304 stainless steel, high strength, no rust, low frication.

3. Belts are Japanese Mitsubishi brand, long service life, maintenance free. From 2010 first adopt Type B belt which is 3times longer service life than type A.

4. Both Chinese famous motor and Siemens motor are available. Motor voltage and frequency can be customized. Chinese famous motor OEM by special design for fan, the first one an home put in the phase lack protection device which would power off when short of electricity. Motor protection grade: IP55, insulation class: F grade.

5. Belt pulley and flange are made of high strength aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting. Light weight, low vibration. Blast-sanding treatment promise attractive appearance, eliminate internal stress, and improve its own rigidity and stability.

6. Linking parts are made of aluminum alloy, light weight, not deformation, and with wear-resistant shaft sleeve, reduce the clearance, then reduce frication, ensure the shutters open flexibly. The spring is made of 304 stainless steel, long work time, no deformation, no rust.

7. Fan bearing adopts France imported double-row bearing with special waterproof design, water can't enter. High strength, low noise, maintenance free and long service life.

8. Motor plate has multiple functions with the use of a unique design. Both 1HP and 1.5HP motor are available. The motor pulley and belt pulley are in the same line, reduce the belt wearing and increase belt service life.

9. Hot-dip galvanized blade support and safe net ensure never rust.
